Here is a riddle for all of your readers who like puzzles:

If in Pennsylvania one county tests all individuals who present for treatment of corona virus-like symptoms and reports indicate there are 25 cases in that county, and, another county tests only individuals who present at their local hospital with moderate-to-severe corona virus-like symptoms, and the other individuals who present at their doctor’s office or other healthcare provider settings with mild-to-moderate corona virus-like symptoms are not tested but are sent home to isolate themselves for at least 10 days, and reports indicate there is 1 case of corona virus in that county, which county has the most cases of corona virus?
