Dear Editor,
This one goes out for the kind soul who found my cell phone floating in the Allegheny River on Sunday, August 4th. My wallet was also in the floatation pouch and I wanted to thank the person for turning it into the Sheriff’s office. I asked for a name to give a proper thanks in person, but they didn’t have any information. So, I would like to offer my thanks and to let that person know that they turned a disappointing day into a true blessing, and I am truly grateful. May the Lord bless them far beyond their wildest dreams!
