Dennis Howard Arp, 83, of Russell, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the Warren Manor. Dennis was born Feb. 23, 1942, in Warren, the son of Charlie and Velma Arp. He graduated from Eisenhower High School and served in the U.S. Navy Seabees from 1960-1964 during peacetime. He was employed as an electrician at Heritage Nursing Homes from which he retired.
