Thomas Martin Burroughs, 73, of Russell, PA, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at his home. Tom was born January 25, 1950, in Jamestown, NY, the son of the late Claude G. and Evelyn L. (Nelson) Burroughs. He worked as a substitute mail carrier in Russell for 15 years. He enjoyed astronomy, visiting, and a good meal.
