Phyllis (Ferraino) Biacchi passed away on August 6, 2026, in Ephrata, PA. She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy-two years, Louis A. Biacchi and a son, Joseph A. Biacchi. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Graziadio, two sons, Louis J. Biacchi and Lawrence P. Biacchi, as well as four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
