Stephen G. Capen, 70, of Warren, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Titusville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Stephen was born June 7, 1955, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Harry H. and Patricia A. (Wolff) Capen. Stephen was a lifelong area resident and was a 1973 graduate of Warren Area High School. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was employed as a guard at United Refining Company. Stephen was a member of the American Legion Post #109. He especially enjoyed riding his bicycle. On Nov. 23, 1963 in Alexandria, VA, she married David Fox, who preceded her in death. Linda had worked as a secretary for the FAA in Washington D.C. for several years.
