Donna Mae Smith, 87, of Warren, PA, died on Saturday August 29, 2026, at the Rouse Warren County Home, after an extended illness, with her loving son by her side.
She was born in Warren, PA, on March 5, 1939, the daughter of the late Elmer and Isabelle (Watt) Olson. She was a graduate of the Warren Area High School, Class of 1957, and was employed with the former Messerly Monuments, in Warren.
Donna loved spending time with her family, and sharing in the memories made. She also enjoyed holiday events, and gatherings.
She was a former member of the First Church of the Nazarene, in Warren.
Donna is survived by her son, Royce Smith, of Erie, PA; grandchildren, Abigail Smith of Erie, PA, Christina Martin of Jamestown, NY, and Angela Jerman of Warren, PA; and many great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her son, Billy Smith, and her daughter, Karen Chiodo.
Family will receive friends on Thursday September 3, 2026, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home Inc., 304 East St. Warren, PA. Funeral Services will follow at 6:00 pm in the funeral home, with the Rev. Dr. Dale Haight, officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Warren, PA.
