Mary Ella Crocker, 93, went home to be with the Lord on August 27, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born on April 30, 1933, in Starr, Grand Valley, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Virgil and Irene Drace Birchard. Her father, Virgil, passed away when Mary was just six months old. Later, Robert Morrison became a part of her life and family. To Mary, Robert was never a stepfather; he was simply "Dad," a title he was always known and loved by.
Mary attended Tidioute School and the Tidioute Methodist Church.
On August 7, 1954, Mary married the love of her life, Tracy Crocker. Together, they made their home in Pittsfield and built a life centered around family, faith, and many simple joys they shared. Mary was a member of Pittsfield Global Methodist Church and was also active in the Order of the Eastern Star, serving as Past Matron in 1969.
Mary found happiness in the simple things in life. She loved going to garage sales and especially enjoyed adding to her beloved collection of bears over the years. She also took great pride in caring for her home and yard and could often be found mowing the lawn on her tractor, something she continued to enjoy for as long as she was able.
Above all else, Mary loved her family. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought tremendous joy to her life, and the time she spent with those she loved was always precious to her. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories that her family will forever hold close to their hearts.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Tracy Crocker, her brother: William Birchard; her sisters: Lillian Turner, Shirley McKay, Bertha Boughton and Helen Nelson and her infant grandson: Bobby Crocker.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Mike) Lankins, son: Allen (Chris) Crocker; her grandchildren: Kristy (James) Salazar, Cale (Ashley) Crocker and Tawny Crocker; her great-grandchildren: Jude, Gage, Kane, Hudson and Jenna; her brothers: Lyman Morrison and Bob Morrison, her sister: Mabel Brown as well as several nieces and nephews; step-granddaughters: Melani Decker and Megan Grady.
Mary will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her family finds comfort in knowing that she passed peacefully, surrounded by love, and is now reunited with those who went before her.

Family and friends may visit at Pittsfield Otterbein Global Methodist Church on Wednesday, September 2nd from 11AM until 1PM. A funeral service will be held there at 1PM. Burial will be in Youngsville Cemetery, Youngsville, PA.
