James W. Bevevino

James W. Bevevino, 87, of Orchard Park, New York, passed away peacefully shortly after being diagnosed with cancer. James was surrounded by his loving family at the time of his death.

James was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Nancy Bevevino (nee Caton); his children, Karen Mebane (Tony), Susanne Graham (Dave), and Jeffrey Bevevino; (Cindi) and his six cherished grandchildren, Will, Emily, Melissa, Allison, James, and Elizabeth.

Born and raised in Warren, Pennsylvania, James was the eldest of five children. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Bevevino. He is survived by his brother, William Bevevino; his sisters, Marcia Siegel, Linda Ditka, and Mary Humphrey; and many nieces and nephews.

James earned his bachelor's degree from Fenn College and went on to receive a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He enjoyed a highly successful career in business, serving as Chief Operating Officer of American Precision Industries, where he was respected for his leadership and dedication.

An avid outdoorsman, James had a passion for golf, hunting, fishing, and especially treasured the winters he and Nancy spent on Sanibel Island where they enjoyed warm weather and many friendships.

James lived a full and meaningful life and will be remembered for his love of family, his distinguished career, his close relationships with his siblings, and the many friendships and memories he made throughout his 87 years.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. Per his wishes, no formal services will be held.
