Darlene R. Goodman 1947-2026

She was born in Jamestown, NY on July 17, 1947, a daughter to the late Raymond and Dorothy (Sheldon) Gourley. She worked at OSRAM Sylvania for 39 years as a press operator and also at Dollar General for 19 years. Darlene loved spending time with and caring for her family. She enjoyed throwing parties, gardening, word searches, tic tac toe and coloring. She had so much love for her family and pets and will be missed dearly.

Darlene is survived by her children, Frank Goodman Jr, LaVonne (Mike) Carpenter of Brocton, NY and Leslie (Tammy) Goodman of Warren, her grandchildren, Eugene, Tiffany, Nathan (Caitlyn), Ariel, Quintina (Jacob), Destiny, Haleigh, Sierra and Dylan, a step-granddaughter, Kayla, her great-granddaughter, Darlene, as well as many more great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Goodman Sr., a daughter, Lisa Jackson, a grandson, Leonard Ecker and a brother, Leslie Gourley.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
