Sally M. McCombs

Sally was born on January 8th, 1957, in Jamestown, NY, to Ralph and Dorothy (Sands) Beedle. She was the fifth of seven children and the youngest daughter. Her lifelong home was in Warren County, PA, where she formed enduring friendships.

She was a 1974 graduate of Eisenhower High School, where she excelled at track, holding the 100 yard dash record.

In 1988, she began working at SKF (formerly MRC) in Jamestown, NY. She was there for 25 years, mostly on the production floor. Many of her co workers also became friends.

She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, her cat Stella, spending time with friends at the AmVets, and being with her family. Her children were most important to her, and her deviled eggs were legendary at family gatherings.

Sally was pre deceased by both parents and her sister, Sheri. She is survived by her children, Heath (Sally L) McCombs of Olean, NY, and Amanda Kirsopp (John Sembrat) of Pittsburgh, PA, one grandchild, Z. Kirsopp, her siblings, Morris (Sue) Beedle, Rebecca (Charles) Lindell, Jo Lynn Wilmoth, Daniel Beedle and Denny Beedle, 14 much loved nieces and nephews, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Arrangements for a Celebration of Life are yet to be finalized and will be announced at a later date.
