Luke Martin Irvine
Luke Martin Irvine, 61, of Irvine Lane, Pittsfield, PA, passed away unexpectedly at home Saturday, May 16, 2026. Born April 28, 1965, in Corry, PA, he was the son of the late William M. Irvine who died 6/9/2023, and Patricia Walton Irvine who died 5/2/2025. Luke graduated in the class of 1983 of Youngsville High School where he will be remembered by his classmates for his gentle and kind spirit. He was a member of the Wrightsville Community Church where he enjoyed attending church faithfully. He loved farming and helped start the Irvine Family Farm with dairy cows and the milking business. Luke also loved hunting, 4-wheel riding, and having outdoor fires with family and friends. He will be remembered for his skills and having the ability to be a “Jack of All Trades”; especially his welding abilities and his mechanical abilities working on cars and tractors. While Luke enjoyed farming most, he will never be forgotten as the “Faithful Deliverer of the Warren County Guide”, cheerfully delivering guides in 1/3 of the county, all over Sugar Grove, Pittsfield, Garland, Grand Valley, etc. etc. etc. He had a great work ethic and worked hard in various capacities during his lifetime, and just to name a few, The Grunderville Landfill, and for the Warren County School District as a Van Driver, Bus Driver, and Janitor over the years.
Luke was a family man and loved spending time with his family. He will never be forgotten and will be loved and missed until eternity by his daughter, Stephanie (Nathaniel) Kiffer of Elberon, VA and his son, Travis Irvine of Sugar Grove, PA. Also surviving is Stephanie’s mother, Laura Irvine who married Luke Sept. 25, 1983, and who lives with Stephanie in Virginia; 4 grandchildren, Kyzer, Veyda, Grayson and Jackson; 2 brothers, Mark Irvine of Corry and Billy (Heather) Irvine of Pittsfield; 1 sister, Amy (Joe) Zelinski of Corry; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Friends will be received on Thursday, May 21st from 6-8 pm and on Friday, May 22nd from 11 – 1pm at McKinney Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 W. Main St., Youngsville, at which time the service will follow at the funeral home at 1 pm on Friday with Rev. Larry Little, officiating. Burial will follow with graveside services.
