A celebration of life will be held for Lowell A Blum. 84, who died Thursday evening, May 7, 2026 on Friday, May 15 at his residence, 11 Railroad St., Clarendon PA from 5 PM until fire goes out and Saturday, May 16 from 2 to 6 PM.
