Gladys M. Jones

Gladys Mary Jones, 95, of Warren, PA, passed away on March 9, 2026, at the Warren Manor. She was born on August 15, to the late Mildred and Clyde Arthur, in Warren.

Gladys married her late husband, Blaine Richard Jones in 1953.

Gladys graduated from Russell High School in 1948. She worked at Blair for over 30 years, most of those she worked as clerical supervisor in the mailing department. She was a lifelong member of the Grace United Methodist Church, and she was very involved there. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting.

She loved her family, she was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Gladys is survived by her children, Richard “Dick” (Mary Ann) Jones, Robert E. Jones, Thomas A. (Patricia) Jones, and Gary W. (Melissa) Jones; her grandchildren, Justin R. (Cremson), Kiersten (Will), Cameron, Sarah, and Zoey; and her great-grandchildren, Miranda and Jackson.

Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, and her siblings, Allen, Lester, Robert, Richard, Norman, Clyde, Genevieve “Betty”, Ruby, Harold, and Curtis.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc.

Visitation for Gladys will take place at Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Pennsylvania Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365, on Friday, March 13, from 11 AM-12 PM, with a funeral service to start at 12 PM at the church, Rev. Bill Beaty officiating.

Interment will take place at Hale Cemetery in Akeley.
