Carol D. Schuppenhauer

She was born in Cambridge Springs, PA on May 30, 1935, a daughter to the late Russell and Eva (Wright) Crawford. Carol was a bookkeeper for different companies throughout the years and was a member of the Sugar Grove American Legion as well as the Corry Vets Club. She spent many years involved in her children’s activities while they were growing up, playing in a country/western band and volunteering her time at places such as the Re-Store in Youngsville. Carol enjoyed being active, gardening and tending to her flowers and pets.

She is survived by her children, Ronda (James) Larson of Warren and Brian (Lynda) Olson of Sugar Grove, her grandchildren, Jennie Mott, Brandon Olson, Carla Baumgardner, Jeremy Larson and Kalee (Jayson) Curtis, 12 grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Schuppenhauer, her grandson, Tyler Olson and her siblings, Wayne Crawford and Twila Williams.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 31st at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371 at 11am with Pastor Larry Little, officiating. Burial will be in the Sugar Grove Wesleyan Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Memorial donations may be made to an animal shelter of one’s choice.
