Linda A. Confer

Linda graduated from Warren Area High School in 1964. She worked in the credit department at Blair Corp. for 52 years and retired in 2017. She worked at Draft House in the evenings for many years. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Warren and would often attend Bible Study and Book Club at the Church.

She was a great cook. She enjoyed time boating. She loved making memories and collected precious moments. Linda also enjoyed watching NASCAR races on TV. She really loved kids and helping them.

Linda married her beloved husband, Robert “Bob” L. Confer on Oct. 17, 1998.

In addition to her husband Bob, Linda is survived by her best friend Diane Callahan; granddaughter, Reaghan Confer; many nieces and nephews; and her dear canine companion, Coco.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Alan Hills.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. Visitation for Linda will take place on Thursday, Feb. 26, from 10-11AM at First Methodist Church, 200 Market St, Warren, PA, 16365, with a funeral service to follow at 11AM, Rev. Dr. Mark Hecht officiating.

Linda will be laid to rest at Pine Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
