William “Bill” Gordon Hosier, 57, of Warren, PA, passed away due to injuries sustained in a tragic accident on Jan. 19, 2026. He was born on Dec. 9, 1968, to the late Reginald and Arlene (Armstrong) Hosier in Hawthorne, NV.
Bill was an active guest at The Crossing and the Salvation Army. He was a man of habit and ritual and stuck to his ways. He was a big character; sometimes you could hear the music he played while riding around town on his scooter before you could see him. Bill had a special place in the hearts of many who knew him.
Bill is survived by his sister, Frances Glendinning; his nephew, Theodore “TJ” Glendinning, and niece, Kimberly (Snow) Pierce; his aunt, Dianna Tremblay; cousins Larry, Merle, and Gwen Woodin, and Ward Schell.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Hosier; his aunt, Joan Christofora, his uncle, William “Mike” Armstrong, and cousin, Gordon Schell.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. A memorial service for Bill will be held at the First Methodist Church, 200 Market St, Warren, PA, 16365 on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11 AM.
Bill will be put to rest with his wife in the church’s flower garden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Bill’s name may be made to the First Methodist Church.
