Michael Leroy Fisher
Michael Leroy Fisher, 67, of Warren, PA, passed away on December 15, 2025, at Warren Manor on hospice. He was born on November 22, 1958.
He graduated from Warren Area High School, then served his country in the United States Navy; he was a Chief Petty Officer and worked as a sonar technician. Michael raced motorcross a teen. He also had also enjoyed motorcycling, sailing, diving and target shooting. His latest interest was making ventriloquist figures.
He is survived by his wife, Toby J. Fisher, and his daughter, Nikkole. The rest of his family that survives lives in the Florida Keys; mother Louise Mihallik, maternal aunt Beth Howe, sister Kathy Masterson, and sister Mary (Tim) Conklin their sons, Grey and Wyatt.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. Per Michael’s wishes, there will be no public services.
