Marylin Nanette Rode, 77, passed away at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA, on Dec. 25, 2025. She was born on Feb. 13, 1948, to the late Betty and Albert Roberts.
Marylin was a former member of the Warren Free Methodist Church and was recently a member of the Warren Church of God. She worked as an LPN at Warren General Hospital for over 30 years. She enjoyed reading books of all genres and was devoted to Bible study. She also loved to cook, and oddly was a collector of all kinds of canned food.
Marylin is survived by her good friends, Arlene Barnett and Mark Wilson; and her dearly beloved cat, Shoey.
Marylin was preceded in death by her husband, William Rode, and two brothers, David and James Roberts.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna. Ave E, Warren, PA, 16365. A celebration of life service will be held at the Rouse Home at the Rouse Apartments, 701 Rouse Ave, Youngsville, PA, 16371, On Jan. 9, 2026, at 3PM.
