Barbara E. Pesko
Barbara E. Pesko, 92, of Warren, passed away on Jan. 13, 2026. She was born to John and Gladys Gettinger in Guys Mills, PA, on Sept. 9, 1933. Barb graduated from Titusville High School in 1952. She moved to Warren following high school for work. Barb would end up meeting the love of her life, Eugene Pesko, in Warren and would end up marrying him on June 27, 1960. He preceded her in death on Aug. 18, 2019.
Barbara enjoyed homemaking, cooking, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She was a fan of country music. She loved to travel and enjoy the world. Barb held a special spot in her heart for her pups and her kitties through the years, always having room for a furry friend.
The nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews all will miss her greatly and will cherish the loving memories they have of her.
Preceded in death by her husband; two sisters, Phyllis Grove and Elizabeth Houy; and her faithful dog Carrie.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Pennsylvania Ave. E Warren, PA 16365. There will be no public services.
Inurnment will take place at St. Jospeh cemetery.
