Reynolds “Reynie” Earl Wingard, 95, of Warren, PA, passed away on Sunday, Dec.14, 2025, at Warren General Hospital.
Reynie was born Dec. 26, 1929, in Ridgeway, PA, the son of the late Earl S. and Alma (Hidinger) Wingard. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953 during the Korean War. He was employed at Sylvania as a Thermoplastic Molder, from which he retired in 1989 after 33 years.
Reynie was a member of St. Paul Lutheran church where he taught Sunday School and was an usher. He was very active in the Warren County Jail Ministry and volunteered at the Toy Shoppe. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and his many friends.
Reynie is survived by his brother, Russell (Linda) Wingard of Warren; sister-in-law, Karen Wingard of Warren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Reynie was preceded in death on June 27, 2016, by his wife, Joyce C. (Cromwell) Wingard; and brother, Phillip Wingard.
Friends will be received at Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren, PA, on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:00pm, at which time a funeral service will be held there with Pastor Nancy Scwanke, Pastor, Hessel Valley Lutheran Church, officiating.
Memorial contributions directed to the Toy Shoppe should be made payable to Penn-Soil RC&D, 4000 Conewango Ave., Warren, PA, 16365, and in the memo line write “Toy Shoppe”, or to St. Paul Lutheran church, 306 Conewango Ave., Warren, PA.
