Mary K. Leising, 75, of Jamestown, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025, at the Rouse Home in Youngsville, PA. She was born in Corry, PA on March 15, 1950, to the late Francis and Florence McEvoy Coyle.
Mary’s life was filled with dedication. She studiously achieved her bachelor’s degree in sociology and her master’s degree in business administration, leading to a successful and passionate career in management. Retiring from TitanX as quality engineer for warrantee and projects, Mary truly enjoyed working, remaining dedicated to her tasks and her people. Pride resounded around her facilitation of the work Christmas party year after year.
Devotion shown through abundantly in Mary’s care for her family. Beginning with true love for her husband in the fifth grade, Mary cherished her family, spoiling them and offering constant kindness.
In quieter moments, Mary was an avid reader. Her sewing skills altered many wedding dresses while her love for photography and the outdoors produced beautiful snapshots. Additionally, Mary’s adoration for family trickled into pursuing ancestry research. A religious soul, Mary was a faithful Catholic all her years. Mary loved to celebrate Christmas with her family and always ensured a focus on the birth of baby Jesus.
Mary will be deeply missed by her husband, David, whom she married July 19, 1969; her daughter, Michelle (Galen) Rhodes; her grandchildren, Collin (Erin) Dziubinski, Jason Dziubinski, Madeleine (Andrew Adams) Rhodes, Gregory Rhodes, and Elisabeth (Ethan Landis) Rhodes; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Nova Dziubinski, Jimmy Lines, and Kinsley Adams; her sister, Patricia (Stanley) Bradley; her sister-in-law, Debbie Coyle; as well as several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Coyle, and her infant sister, Ellie Coyle.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4-6pm Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, at Lind Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10am, Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, Corry, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mary’s name may be made to the Chautauqua Blind Association Vision Rehabilitation Services, 510 W 5th Street, Jamestown, NY 14701.
