Elwood “Corky” Reynolds, of Warren PA, passed away on Nov. 21st 2025, at 72 years old, in his home. His passage was in accordance with his wishes, at home in the caring company of loved ones, and in peace.
Corky was uniquely respected, appreciated, and adored by all who knew him. He was generous beyond words, brave, and a devoted father and family member who led his life in alignment with his clear and unwavering values. His thoughtful and caring nature was contagious, and inspired all those who had the unique privilege of knowing him.
Corky was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He honored and respected nature, which taught him how to be patient, and how to listen. He was a star athlete, lover of children, and devotee of all things sweet (especially ice cream). He helped those in need without question, and without want for praise.
Corky was a lifelong resident of Warren, PA, and a longtime employee of United Refinery, where he was loved and respected by many. Corky was preceded by his parents, Elwood Reynolds and Joanne Brown, and his sister Sue Casel. He is survived by his loving family, including siblings Danny Reynolds (Warren, PA), Lynne Stites (Lakeland, TN), his daughter Brooke Reynolds, and many beloved nieces and nephews, and their beautiful children.
A celebration of life gathering will be held in the spring, and will be open to all whose lives Corky touched. Details will be announced closer to that time. He will be dearly missed, but his spirit lives on in those he loved with care and devotion.
