Deborah J. Tracy

Born Jan. 8, 1951, in Jamestown, she was the daughter of the late Gunnard S. and Edna L. Spring Nelson.

She was a 1969 graduate of Southwestern Central School.

Deborah enjoyed all sports, but most of all she was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. From 1960 on, she was proud to say she was able to convert all her family members into Bills fans, even the most stubborn of them. More than anything, Deborah cherished time with her family, especially the babies.

Surviving are her partner of many years Robert Bonafede; children Lisa (Floyd) Johnson of Dewittville, Shawn (Sue) Tracy of Pittsfield, Andrew (Penny) Tracy of Lakewood, and Ally (Dustin) Cathcart of Warren; grandchildren Hayley (Ashton) O’Brien, Hannah Tracy, Drew Tracy, Taylyn Johnson, Briar Cathcart, Maren Cathcart, and Milly Cathcart; great grandchildren Aleena O’Brien and Cullen O’Brien; sisters Pam (Rick) Greenwood of Youngsville, NC and Jodi LaBardo of Jamestown; a brother Dana (Wendy) Nelson of Pen Yan, NY and fur babies Kobi and Ozzy.

A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
