Cheryl A. Tarr, 77, of Tionesta, PA, passed away peacefully on Nov. 8, 2025, at the Rouse Home, Youngsville, PA. Friends will be received at West Hickory United Methodist Church, 3474 Main St., West Hickory, PA, on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, from 3pm to 5pm, at which time a funeral service will be held there with Pastor David DeGroff, officiating. Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc. has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
