Charles E. Culbertson

Charlie married his beloved wife, Joanne, on Aug. 9, 1974.

Charlie was a firearm and car enthusiast. He enjoyed leisurely drives and visiting with anyone and everyone to talk and talk. He was very intelligent with a fantastic memory, and he loved to reminisce on his younger days. He was always getting phone calls about who owned what in the woods. He was an officer in the Pennsylvania National Guard. He was the President of Eagle Petroleum, Inc., and he checked on the family wells daily. Most of all he loved and enjoyed his family. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren. He was their biggest supporter and never missed a sporting event, talent show, or choir concert.

In addition to his wife, Charlie is survived by his children, Craig E. (Brittany) Culbertson and their daughters, Rachel, Lydia, and Carissa; Carol (Conrad) Hultman and their daughters, Morgan, Madi, Currie, and Rayna; Michele Grant and her daughter Sara; his brother, Kingsley Culbertson of Erie, PA; nieces & nephews, Robert & Tom Berardi, Maria Grosselin, Crissi Winans, and John Culbertson.

Charlie was preceded in death by his sister, Karen (Sam) Berardi and infant granddaughter, Delanie Culbertson, and nephew, Gary Culbertson.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home, Inc, 1003 Penna. Ave E, Warren, PA. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at the funeral home on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, Nov.7, at 11am.
