Lynn Renee Finlan, 66, of Starbrick, PA, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025 at UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown, NY. She was born April 10, 1959, in Warren to the late Franklin L. and V. Renee Hodges Chapel. She is survived by her husband, David E. Finlan whom she married Oct. 23, 1981, a brother, Berton Chapel of Irvine, PA, a sister, Melanie (David) Brush of Warriors Mark, PA, and several nieces/nephews and great-nieces/nephews.
Lynn graduated from Youngsville High School in 1977. She was once employed at BLAIR and as an instructor at CURVES. She enjoyed journaling, singing Karaoke and reading scriptures. She volunteered her time with puppet ministries and assisted with organized activities at Golden Living retirement home. David and Lynn loved their Golden Retrievers and participating in events hosted by PAWS. Lynn will be dearly missed but we know that she is in the loving presence of our Lord and that she is in a better place that has welcomed her with open arms.
A gathering time and a praise of her life will be held at McKinney Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 54 W. Main St., Youngsville, PA. from 5 – 8 pm, Friday, Sept. 26, 2025.
