Ben W. Caulder
Ben Willis Caulder, 71, of Warren, PA, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie.
He was born in Elizabethtown, NC, on Oct. 16, 1953, a son to the late Edwin and Anna (Howell) Caulder Sr. Ben was a US Army Veteran who served two tours during Vietnam. He drove truck most of his life and enjoyed hunting and bowling.
He is survived by his companion, Margery Peters and her children, Jodi Harkins and Joshua Sutton, that he thought of as his own. He is also survived by his daughter, Brandi; three sons; his sister, Emma Denson and his brother, Forrest Caulder, both of Franklin, VA.
In addition to his parents, Ben was preceded in death by his brother, Edwin Caulder Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at the Youngsville Cemetery at 1 pm with Rev. Nancy Schwanke, pastor of the Interfaith Chapel, officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the Youngsville American Legion Honor Guard.
