Stephen G. Capen

Stephen was born June 7, 1955, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Harry H. and Patricia A. (Wolff) Capen. Stephen was a lifelong area resident and was a 1973 graduate of Warren Area High School. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was employed as a guard at United Refining Company.

Stephen was a member of the American Legion Post #109. He especially enjoyed riding his bicycle.

Stephen is survived by his stepfather, Keith Meddock; sister, Sandra Meddock; brother, Bruce Capen; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Stephen was preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Capen, Robert Meddock, and Michael Meddock; and sisters, Tina Geers and Theresa Black.

Services for Stephen will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
