Kathleen (Kathy) Jean Berlin

Kathy was born in Forest County to Jackson Smith and Viola (Emert) Shields on Oct. 8th 1947. She graduated from Tidioute High School in 1966. Kathy moved into the Tidioute Towers in 1998 where she became friends with many.

Kathy enjoyed playing Bingo, spending time in the community room and watching her weekly shows with close friends. Her favorite times were spending nights and playing games with her grandson, who gave her another look on life. She will be fondly remembered for her love and kindness to her family and friends.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents Jackson Smith and John and Viola (Emert) Shields. A silent born son Jason Berlin. A brother Thomas Squire, and her sisters Beatrice Redick and Barbara Fulkman.

Kathy is survived by her son Timothy S Berlin and his partner Michaela J Hallas, Her grandson Jaxson G Berlin, all of Tidioute. She is also survived by her two Brother-In-Laws, Max Redick of West Hickory and Jack Fulkman of Tidioute. Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
