Amanda Lynn Almendinger, 45, of Warren, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 16, 2025, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Born on June 23, 1980, in Syracuse, New York,
Amanda was a vibrant, kind-hearted soul whose warmth, compassion, and generous spirit touched everyone she met. She was deeply devoted to her relationships and was the heart of her family–a constant source of strength, love, and laughter.
Amanda is survived by her beloved fiance, Mark Stewart; her parents, John and Eugenia; her sisters,Melissa and Danielle (Corey); and her brother, Shawn. She also leaves behind her cherished nieces,Vivienne, Tenley, and Delilah; her nephew, Declan; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever remember her with admiration and love.
Amanda dedicated 24 remarkable years to McKissock, where her professionalism, warmth, and unwavering dedication left a lasting mark. She was a cornerstone of the organization and an inspiration to her colleagues, who will remember her as much for her bright smile as for her tireless commitment to excellence.
Amanda’s love for her family, her infectious laughter, and her sincere heart will live on in the memories of all who knew her. She brought light and joy to every room she entered, and her absence will be deeply and profoundly felt.
A celebration of Amanda’s life will be held on Aug. 16, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Fire Department Social Hall.
She will be remembered always–with love, with gratitude, and with hearts full of the joy she gave to so many.
