William D. Frederick

William Dean “Billy” Frederick, 65, Commercial St., Gowanda, NY, passed away, Monday June 9, 2025 at home after an extended illness.

Billy was born April 7, 1960, in Warren, PA., the son of the late Harry Frederick and Dorothy Erickson Bemis. He attended Griffith Institute, Springville, N.Y. He had been employed as a painter and worked in Construction and Roofing. He enjoyed antiquing and attending lawn sales.

Billy is survived by a son, Trevor (Darla) Frederick of Rochester, 2 grandchildren, and 3 Siblings; Debra Frederick of Corry, PA., Brad Frederick of Lakeview, S.C., Sandra Miller of Kingman, AZ. and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Ralph Bemis and a sister; Donna Frederick in February of 2025.

As per Billy’s wishes, there will be no services held. A Celebration of life may be held later at the convenience of his family. Those wishing to place memorials may do so through Paws Along the River, 212 Elm St., Warren, PA. 16365.
