Sonya Proper

She was born in Union City, on July 10, 1974, a daughter to the late John S. Zielinski and MaryAnn (Findley) Bauer. Sonya worked at Blair for many years. She loved her family and enjoyed the time she was able to spend with them. She loved taking trips to the casino’s with friends and family and was always up for an adventure.

She is survived by her daughters, Scotlyn (Joe) Passaro of Warren and Seebe Proper of Corry, her grandson, Logan Darling; her brothers, James (Laurel)Bauer of Sandy Lake, PA and Thomas Bauer of West Spring Creek, PA as well as a nephew, Mitchell.

Visitation will be held at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St., Youngsville, PA 16371, on Tuesday, June 24th from 4-7pm at which time a funeral service will be held there.

Memorial donations may be made to Paws Along the River Humane Society, 212 Elm St, Warren, PA 16365.
