Cecile Firth

Cecile grew up in Texas graduating from Plainview High School. She started nursing school at Baylor and paused her education to marry Benjamin Firth in 1957. She completed nursing school in San Francisco and was proud of her nursing degree. Cecile was artistic and found professional and personal success as an artist.

She is survived by her daughter Nancy (Terry ) Firth Raines, granddaughter Ally (Wes) Raines Anderson, and great-granddaughter Riley Virginia Anderson, plus other relatives and friends she adored.

Cecile’s life was full of caring, creativity, laughter and love. She will be missed.

A memorial service will be held in Richmond, VA on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, and a visitation time at McKinney Funeral Home will be Jan. 29 at 12 noon with private burial following. Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.mckinneyfuneral.com.
