Laurie A. Rulander

She was born in October 4, 1960 in Salamanca, NY, to Robert and Lenora (Steffens) Wencil.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Kevin, whom she married on August 9th, 1986 at Wesley Woods; her children, Kristi (Thad) Steuart of Youngsville, Tammy (Michelle) Vorse of Fredicksburg, VA and Kellie (David) Farnsworth of Sheffield; her sister, Linda (Chad) Abbott of Warren; her brothers, David (Anna) Wencil of Pittsfield and Denny (Sue) Wencil of Russell; her grandchildren, Troy Steuart and his companion, Hannah Kujawa, Justin Eck, Konner Eck, Rachel Farnsworth, Kandall Sales, Lincoln Vorse, Jordyn Sales, Chance Farnsworth, Jessica Bowser, Eric Steuart, Greyson Farnsworth; her great grandchildren, Anelle Steuart and Ryder Campbell as well as many nieces and nephews that called her mom.

Laurie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wencil and her mother-in-law, Jean Rulander.

Friends and family will be received on Monday, November 4th, 2024 at the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, 179 Davis Street, Youngsville, PA 16371, from 3:00-7:00PM at which time a funeral service will be held there with Rev. Mother Mary Norton of the Corry Emmanuel Episcopal Church and Pastor Rick Hamrick, pastor, officiating

Memorial donations may be made in Laurie’s name to the Erie Shriners Hospital, 1645 West 8th St. Erie, PA, 16505; Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave., Warren, PA, 16365 or to the Zem Zem Clown Unit, 5824 Davey Hill Rd, Pittsfield, PA 16340.
