Stephen S. Fogle

He was born April 24, 1943, a son of the late H. Eugene and Virginia (Shattuck) Fogle.

He was raised and educated in the Warren area and graduated from Warren High School in 1961. After high school, he attended The Cleveland State University, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1966. Stephen and his family moved to Corry in 1970. He worked for McInnes Steel in the data processing department until he started his own company, Horizon Software. He retired in Spartansburg and subsequently in Titusville.

Stephen was a former member of the Corry Country Club and Elks Club in Titusville. He enjoyed the outdoors and sports. Hunting and golfing were favorite pastimes. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. Many knew of Stephen for his breeding of Labrador Retrievers.

Stephen is survived by three children: Scott Fogle of Corry, PA; Jon Fogle and his companion Elizabeth Costello of Rochester, NY; and Kimberly Pilker and her husband Earl of Wattsburg, PA. He is also survived by sister Susan Taylor of Fort Gaines, Georgia.

A private gathering of family is being planned for a later date.

The family would like to express appreciation for numerous health care professionals that helped our father in his later years. In particular, Pam Guntrum provided dedicated, selfless daily care and companionship.
