Sara Lynn Asel

She was born in Kane, PA on September 28, 1986, the daughter of Richard Asel and the late Terri Petruney Asel.

She attended Kane Area Schools and continued her education graduation from Venango Technology Center (Warren Campus) in June of 2022 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was employed at Kinzua Health Care and Rehabilitation. Some of her interests included dying her hair, going to concerts, with purple being her favorite color and Halloween her favorite holiday. In school she participated in the drill team in her younger years.

Left behind to cherish Sara’s memory are her father Richard and stepmother Sylvia Asel of Kane, PA; two daughters McKenzee Asel and Navaeh Fox, both of Warren; one son Tristan Fox of Warren; three brothers: Troy (Jennifer) Asel of Kane, PA, Rich Asel (Casey Snyder) of Ludlow, PA, and Matt (Jessica) Asel of Ludlow, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as a special cousin, Kelle Bari.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Terri Lynn (Petruney) Asel, her Uncle Tom and Aunt Marianne Johnston.

She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by every who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

There will be no calling hours observed. A celebration of Sara’s life will take place on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the Ludlow Fire Dept in Ludlow, PA at 2:00 p.m.. Burial will be held at the convenience of family. Sara’s family respectfully requests that memorial donations be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
