Carol Ann Kelso Baughman

Carol was born on December 24, 1941, in Brookville, PA., the daughter of the late Fred and Mildred Foulks Kelso. She was a 1959 graduate of Brookville High School. After graduating Carol attended Dorinda’s School of Cosmetology. Carol was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, where she attended the Women’s Bible Study, and helped prepare many church luncheons, and enjoyed decorating the church for Christmas. She was also a member of the Warren Garden Club, and a former member of the Warren Art League. Carol will be forever remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a friend to many.

Carol is survived by her husband Guy Baughman, whom she married in August 24 of 1963; two daughters, Pamela Baughman of Warren, and Becky Hampson and husband Philip of Warren; a sister-in-law Ann Kelso of Brookville, PA; two grandchildren, Callie, and Ben Hampson; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents Carol was preceded in death by her twin sister Connie Borden, and a brother, Fred Kelso.

Friends will be received at the Peterson – Blick Funeral Home, Inc. 1003 Penna Ave East, Warren, PA., on Wednesday April 24, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and one hour prior to a funeral service to be held on Thursday April 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Penna Ave. East. Warren, PA. with the Rev. Bill Beaty, pastor, officiating.

The Family suggest memorial donations be made to Hospice of Warren, One Main Ave. Warren, Pa., or to the Grace United Methodist Church, 501 Penna Ave., Warren, PA.
