Janet Johnson

Janet was born on April 27, 1949, to Leonard and Margaret Mead Sr. in Warren, PA. She worked at Warren General Hospital as a Behavioral Technician. She was married to her loving husband for 42 years.

She was a faithful Christian lady, attending the Otterbein Global Methodist Church in Pittsfield. Janet enjoyed spending time with her family and friends; she loved her pets, and baking and cooking.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Johnson; her sisters, Joanne Mead and Kathren Mead.

She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Mead; her brother, Leonard Mead Jr.; her sister in law, Amy Mead; her nephew, Zachary Mead; her niece, Olivia Mead and many cousins.

Friends will be received on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023, at the Otterbein Global Methodist Church, 258 Dalrymple St., Pittsfield, PA 16340, from 10am-12pm at which time a funeral service will take place, with the Rev. Jeff Canter, pastor, officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
