Cindy L. Nollinger, 69, of Warren, PA., died Thursday, August 24, 2023, at St. Vincent Healthcare Center-AHN, Erie, PA., after an illness of the past 2 weeks. She was born May 20, 1954, in Warren, PA. Cindy was the daughter of Eugene Reynolds and Jean Lackey Mangine. She was employed with North American Phillips, Lorangers and G.T.E. Sylvania. Cindy was a member of Warren American Legion Post 135 Ladies Auxiliary, Warren Eagle Club. Cindy’s life revolved around her family, she especially had an unconditional love for her son, granddaughters, and great granddaughters.
She is survived by her husband, Dudley Nollinger whom she married September 15, 1979, in Warren, PA., her son, Dennis Williams, granddaughters – Jordan Colvin, Taylor Williams, great granddaughters – Rhen Falber, Sawyer Colvin, sister – Carol Vargason and her fiancÈ, Tom Moore of Erie, PA., several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA.
