Rowena Jube Flasher, 47, of Warren, Pa., passed away on Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, at UPMC Hamot following a lengthy illness.
Friends will be received at the Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc.,1003 Penna. Ave. East, Warren on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, from 5 to 8 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church.
