Robert E. Hulings

Bob was born on Oct. 10, 1941, in Warren, the son of the late Lloyd Hulings and Charlotte Jackson Hulings. He was a 1959 graduate of Warren High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy from 1959-62. He was a machinist for Gilmore Manufacturing from which he retired.

Bob was a member of the Tiona United Methodist Church, and also volunteered at the Warren Senior Center. He enjoyed his music, playing piano and dulcimer, and singing. He was in two bands” Country Memories and Crimson River. He was also an avid NASCAR and Steelers fan and loved watching westerns on TV. Most of all, he enjoyed being around his family.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Kathy Hulings of Alliance, Ohio; one grandchild, Zachary Hitchcock; several nieces and nephews including niece, Cynthia Relihan; and dear friends: Keith and Lynn Dunham of Tiona.

In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Reed, whom he married on Nov 23, 1967, and who passed away on Nov. 27, 2006; one brother, Harven Hulings; and one sister, Elizabeth Eschelman.

Friends will be received on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at Tiona United Methodist Church, Six Mile Road, Tiona PA 16352, at noon for a memorial service with Pastor Ruth Ann Varatto, officiating. Luncheon to follow.
