Martha R. Holtz

Martha R. Holtz, 95, formerly of Hill Street, Warren, Pa., passed away on Dec. 2, 2021, at Cambridge, Warren.

Martha was born July 2, 1926, in Dubois, Pa., the daughter of the late Howard C. and Zerda Valies Rudolph.

She was a graduate of Oil City High School, and then attended I.U.P. College. She was an avid bowler at Riverside Lanes for 25 years, and her and late husband, Ken enjoyed golfing at Jackson Valley Country Club for many years. She was a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church in Warren. She was a homemaker and loved her family, and especially her grandchildren.

Martha is survived by her children: Mark (Kathy) Holtz of Clemens, N.C., Lee (David) Savino of Ada, Ohio, Matthew (Lori) Holtz of Creedmoor, N.C., and Michael Holtz of Warren, Pa; a brother, Phinn (Shirley) Rudolph of Northwest, Pa.; eight grandchildren: Kyle and Eric Holtz, Abigail and Michael Savino, Tyler and Jordan Cole, Ashley Kennedy and Mallory Lindsey; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth A. Holtz in 2016; and five brothers and sisters.

Family will receive friends at the First Presbyterian Church, 300 Market St., Warren, on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, for one hour prior to a funeral service to be held there at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Lee Beckes, pastor, officiating.

The family suggest memorial donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 300 Market St., Warren, Pa., 16365.

Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Pleasantville, Pa.
