Joshua "Josh" Roberts, 41, of Russell, passed away on Saturday, (Nov. 20, 2021) at his home following a brief illness.
He was born March 27, 1980, in Warren, the son of James and Brenda Haley Roberts.
Josh had been employed at Bluestem in Irvine, Pa.
He was a charter member of the SAL of the Frewsburg Legion and enjoyed hunting, and attending dirt track races.
In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by two daughters: Emily and Lilly Roberts of Ashville; a step daughter, Iris Danielson of Ashville; his companion, Amy Samuelson and her children, Alexis and Parker Samuelson. Josh is also survived by a sister, Brandi (Paul) Ekey, and his nephews: Aidan and Peyton Ekey of Elk River, Minn.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, William and Marylou Roberts and maternal grandparents, Allen and Delores Haley.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday (Nov. 24, 2021) in the Peterson Funeral Home, Frewsburg.
No services will be observed at this time.
