Rev. David H. Vennberg
A memorial service for the Rev. David H. Vennberg, 95, of James-town, N.Y., formerly of Sugar Grove, Pa., who passed away on June, 28, 2021, will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2021, in the Zion Covenant Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Rick Miller, pas-tor, will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Mission Covenant Cemetery, Sugar Grove, Pa. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, one hour prior to the service in the church.
The Rev. Vennberg was the pastor of the Sugar Grove Mission Covenant Church for many years and following his retirement was visitation pastor at Zion Covenant Church. He was also a teacher and principal for the Lander Elementary School in Lander, Pa.
