Mary Ellen “Mickey” Bell

Mickey was born June 30, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Earl and Margaret Heiss Dailey. She was a graduate of Euclid High School and was employed for many years at the Reliance Electric Company as a printing manager, now a part of Rockwell International, from which she re-tired. Her and her husband are members of the Russell United Methodist Church.

Mickey is survived by her husband, Roger M. Bell, of Scandia; two step-sons, Brain and Gregory Bell, both of Ohio; one step daughter, Victoria Graf, of N.C.; and three grandchildren, Dakota Bell of Cleve-land, and Ashley and Col-ton Graf, of N.C.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy.

Services will be held and announced at a later date.
