Cheryl J. Wiler

Cheryl J. Wiler, 74, a lifelong resident of Sheffield, passed away Sunday morning Nov. 15, 2020, at Warren General Hospital.

She was born in Elizabeth, N.J., on Dec. 13, 1945, to Gary Sutton and Shirley Haggerty Sutton.

She was employed at the Blair Outlet, retiring after 33 years of service. Cheryl always had a smile. She was a faithful member of Saint Anthony Roman Catholic Church of Sheffield. She was a member of the Wildcat Park Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed a good game of bingo and loved crocheting and could often be found making something for a family member or friend. Her cats were a special part of her life. Her greatest love was that of her family.

Left behind to cherish Cheryls memory are her son, Floyd (Carol) Wiler of Columbus, Pa.; her daughter, Rayda (David) Dibble of Youngsville, Pa.; a brother, William Sutton of California; three sisters: Midge (Mike) Julian of Florida, Ernesta (Jack) Sprero of Florida and Karen (Joe) Estrella of Massachusets; seven grandchildren: Rayanna (Joe) Taft, Montanna, Chad (Rachel) Wiler, Shawn, Makahla and Kateyln Wiler and Jared Zevotek. One great-granddaughter, Ellie Sapphire Wiler. She is further survived by her companion, Jack Rzodkiewiez of Sheffield.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Gary Wiler, in 2004.

A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Anthony Roman Catholic Church of Sheffield on Friday, Nov. 20, 2020, at 11 a.m., with Father William O’Brien as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Michael Cemetery of Sheffield (everyone please meet at the church). Face coverings and social distancing will be enforced.
