Neil E. Trask II “Squeak”

Neil E. Trask II “Squeak”, 64, of Pittsfield, Pa., passed away June 12, 2020, at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born July 20, 1955. in Warren, Pa., to the late Neil E. Trask and Jean (Wilcox) Trask Wood.

Neil held multiple skilled labor positions throughout his life, most recently as a self-employed masonry contractor.

He enjoyed hunting from a young age, teaching many youth about gun safety and the love of hunting. He enjoyed being outdoors and family vacations to the beach. He was most proud of the home he built, his camp on the river, and spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

Neil is survived by his loving wife, Amy (Reimondo) Trask, whom he married Jan. 25, 1986 ,at the Irvine Presbyterian Church; his children: Sara (Paul) Waite of Lottsville, and Neil E. Trask III of Florida; his sister, Durinda Darling of Youngsville; his grandchildren: Elizabeth and Autumn Waite, James Chance Trask; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Missy Trask; and his brother, Thomas Trask.

A memorial service will be held at the family’s home, 4 Stilson Hill Road, Pittsfield, PA 16340, on Friday, June 19, at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Marcus Briggs officiating Visitation to follow until 6 p.m.
