Susan Salisbury Salapek

Sue was born on January 21, 1958 in Warren, PA where she resided her whole life. Sue was an employee of the United Refinery for the past 10 years. Sue loved taking pictures and was a talented Photographer, capturing anything from weddings to her beloved family and nature. Sue was an avid decorator, making everything she touched, beautiful, especially captivating the magic of the holiday season.

Sue is survived by her loving husband, Kevin G. Salapek, son, Chris Hale, brother, Terry C. Salisbury, brother in law, Russ Karr of Wexford, PA, stepdaughter, Courtney Salapek, grandkids, Hailey and Candice Shirlaw, stepson, Keith Salapek, brother in law, Randy Salapek, sister in law, Julie Salapek, 2 nieces, 1 nephew, an uncle, Harold Walchi of Monroeville, PA, cousins, Jim and Marina Walchi of Ohio, Gary Walchi of CA, Sharon Wilkins of SC, and Steve Klenck of PA and many friends and family members.

Sue was proceeded in death by her parents, Dorothy K. Klenck Salisbury, July 5, 1996 and Charles C. Salisbury, Sept. 21, 1996, father in law, George D. Salapek and her sister, Valerie A. Salisbury Karr of Wexford, PA, August 24, 2012.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 17, at the Nelson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 314 North Main Street, Youngsville, Pa 16371, from 1012pm at which time a funeral service will be held there. Burial will follow in the Gross Cemetery.
