Maynard Williams

Maynard A. Williams, 80, of Sugar Grove, Pa. passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 23, 2020, at his home.

He was born September, 26, 1939, in Titusville, Pa, a son to the late Francis “Ora” and Josephine (Wright) Williams. Maynard retired from JNK Machine in Jamestown, NY and enjoyed working on vehicles. He loved NASCAR and dirt track racing as well as hunting and spending time with his furry companion, Sparky.

He is survived by two children, Michael (Donna) Williams and Michele “Shelly” (Dean) Lewis, both of Pittsfield, Pa.; a sister, Betty (Walt) Abbot of Panama, NY; a grandson, Jeramy (Nicky) Williams, 4 granddaughters, Amanda (Justin) Darr, Melanie Swab, Kristy Vincent and Ashley Breeding and her fiance’, Kyle Dahl; 9 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Maynard was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Samantha Lewis; 3 brothers, Bub, Delbert and Gilbert Williams and a sister, Joye VanGuilder.

Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, a memorial service will be announced and held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the Wrightsville VFD, 99 Boredman St., Pittsfield, P. 16340 or to the Sugar Grove VFD, 27 Wilson Street, Sugar Grove, Pa. 16350.
